Can i relocate my kitchen!?

Hi
Just wondering about doing some changes in my house. Its on 3 floors with the kitchen on the middle floor. Ideally i would like to swap the kitchen and lounge over, so moving the kitchen immediately below and making the kitchen the lounge.
I would need to change my 4 panel glazed patio door downstairs to a smaller window, extend or move the gas and water pipes and change the flooring.
Any ideas what a job like this would cost? To save money could i recycle my exisiting kitchen fittings?
