Hi I am looking for a Digital Camera around £100 very disappointed with my last Kodak 3.5 MP which took very dull pictures even with flash.

Any advice.

Thanks

The lens is the most important component, followed by the sensor and then the processor. Start with the people who have a history of making lenses - Nikon, Canon, Olympus, Pentax. More expensive Panasonic cameras have Leica lenses (made under licence). Then trust your instincts. Don't obsess about pixel counts. If you find the sensor size, then the bigger the better. At this price level I think Fuji are worth a look too. Nikon always seem to look and feel cheap. Canon always a safe bet (ixus range). I looked at Olympus x835 from Currys for my son on weekend (same price range) but decided not for him. Panasonic suffer more thnamost with digital noise and how much of a Leica lens can you be getting in a £100 camera.

From HUKD there is a 20% discount code from Fuji shop (not too sure if it has expired).

To claim your discount, just insert the promotional code* P10MAYDIS20 at the

As a Fuji F31fd owner I would be looking at the F20 which has same great low light level offering which is so important for a point & shoot camera. The refurb is a steal IMHO.

Just to confirm from my post above the code is working. There is a delivery charge, but refurb comes to under £70 dld with 6 month warranty.

EDIT: It is possible to get a 2 year warranty on this refurb product for a delivered price of £78.98. Just add warranty at checkout.
