Activation of Phone line...without BT?!

Hi,
I know this has probably been talked to death by now but here goes...
Moved house.
Need the line reconnected as i would like to transfer my existing TalkTalk services across.(Still in 18month contract)
BT charges would be £125.99 connection fee, and £70 cancellation fee of their 12month contract that you MUST have.
Madasafish.com may offer a reconnection for free and its only a months contract.
BUT talktalk say they can only transfer their services across to a BT line.
Any ideas anyone? I just cant afford to pay all these charges!
There's no cable in our area either. Or is the signal good for mobile broadband!
My postcode is SN13 0HB if anyone has any better ideas!
Thanks all,

Talk Talk are supposed to do a home movers service now. Surely they'd accommodate you to keep your business?Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

It seems that some of their Customer Advisors have not been told about the Home Moving Team.
