Hi All,
Just logged into my online HSBC account and noticed I have incurred some charges.
Just to give you some background, I am in my overdraft and have been for the last few months. I am about to use my savings to clear the overdraft which is £1500 at max.
Anyways, back on topic. The charges are outlined as follows -
<TABLE><TBODY><TR><TD class=extTableColumn1>From:</TD><TD align=right> 28 Apr 2008</TD></TR><TR><TD class=extTableColumn1>To:</TD><TD align=right> 27 May 2008</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
Debit Interest - 18.58
Arrangement Fees - 25.00
Total to be deducted - 43.58
Am I missing something? Should I set things in motion by downloading the letter template to obtain details of all charges and mailing this to HSBC?
Any advice much appreciated

You may wish to call them up first and see if they'll refund as a gesture of good will if this is your first 'offence'.
Otherwise, please read Martin's guide for your options.0 -
