ive just peeled off all the wall paper and im wanting to emulsion the walls
the walls arent too bad and ive filled any obvious cracks and marks , but seeing as its not 100% perfect is there any methods /products that help disguise blemishes?
someone has suggested poly filler added to the first coat to thicken it up?

1000 or 1200 guage lining paper does the trick and is cheap. Also use a flat emulsion, not vynil.0

I recently used the polycell basecoat stuff - it's like a mixture of paint and polyfilla and did a reasonable job of covering hairline cracks.
