Make paint wet again or just remove it...

Hi everyone!
I'm here because I would like to know if there are any prooducts that can make dry paint wet again. There's quite a large amount on my carpet but now it's dry and I have no idea how to take it off.
Or if ever you know a product that can simply remove it straight away, it'll be even better!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME!!
