I'm of to New York for a few days on 29th December! After a quick search around on the forums, the Nationwide card seems to be mentioned quite a bit, is this currently the best card available for use abroad?
I was thinking of using the card instead of travellers cheques, is the exchange rate more likely to be closer to the 'official' rate rather than the 'high street' rate?
If I applied today do you think the card would arrive in time?
Thanks...
