I love this thread. I'm doing my best to get more organised with mealplans, and can't wait for the lodgers to move out so I only have to worry about me and bf (I'll start cooking nice stuff then - duck fillets / poussins and lamb chops on offer in Tesco)
I haven't really got one planned for this week as it's almost the end of the month.
Today - pies, spuds (or waffles/chips), and veg
Tomorrow - we are away
Sat - ... that's where it ends.
Sun - at a christening
My choices in the freezer are:-
Spag bol
Savory Mince already cooked
Chicken Tonight
Kebabs
Chicken Curry (leftovers)
Burgers
and a chicken.
EDIT: I actually thought my freezer looked quite empty, but it looks as though I have quite a few more meals in there.
Forgot there are also hotdogs in the cupboard, so yet another meal!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
