DLA and change of address

Hi all
Does anyone know if a change of address would mean having to make a new claim for DLA, or will the existing claim just be carried on ?
Many thanks for any help on this.

The exisiting claim will just be moved to your new address. No need to make a new claim!

  • it shouldnt make any difference, however you never know with these people, might just trigger a review.
We were thinking of moving house/area this year but was informed that it would mean a new claim for I/S and I/B as it would be a different office dealing, tbh it (as well as the credit crunch)put us off the idea.
