Look up on rightmove properties for sale in your area. You'll find ones listed for auction - it'll tell you who's doing the auction - so look for their site.
  • I have just typed property auction on google and a few sites came up, have you tried on any of these?

Provides a list of daes up and down the country and an alphabetical list of the auction houses which you link to.

As soon as you see an auction catalogue it explains inside what you need to be able to buy, etc.

Be sure you check out the property thoroughly before you bid. You don't want to end up with a subsiding bungalow on a flood plain.

If you do get to the auction, find out if there are any 'special conditions.' Sometimes they are available well before the day of the auction, but it is a very wise move to find out on the day if anything has been added.

Look out for conditions added like the purchaser paying the vendors costs including the auctioneers sale costs. This is happening more and more frequently these penny pinching days.
