stayed at the paramount in temple bar a few years ago. it was lovely, and booked through last minute
  • Jurys Inn on Customs Quay was fine - brekkie was a bit £££ but the room was clean - and for me when I went that was the key (like anyone on their 30th birthday bash is going to be in any fit state for breakfast lol)
There are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that don't

In many cases it helps if you say where you are - someone with local knowledge might be able to give local specifics rather than general advice
  • I stayed at Bewleys in Ballsbridge, I think they have a fixed rate of 99 euro per night. The restaurant was good too.

We've used this one a couple of times. If you want a pleasant budget option with a good breakfast, and within walking distance of the central attractions, it could be for you.

Yep, we've stayed there too. Very comfortable rooms. Bit of a trek to the town centre, but you can always get a bus.

  • I stayed at the Royal Dublin Hotel in march, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Slap bang in the middle of O'Connell Street. 10 minutes walk from Temple Bar region.
