Metronet CS department rules!!

I've got broadband with metronet and in my experience (and many others according to internet forums) the CS is simply brilliant. Yesterday I had a technical question which I emailed to metronet. I got a reply 5 MINS LATER with the solution. Awesome.

I wish all other CS departments would take note.
