Electric Shower & New Combi Boiler
Hi - I'm getting rid of my old back boiler and installing a new combi boiler which is mains fed? I have an electric shower in the bathroom just now which I'd like to upgrade but keep it electric. I understand my cold water tank in the loft will be removed but not being any use at diy don't know where the water for the shower comes from - cold water tank? As such, will it be easy to simply get an electrician in to put in a new shower or won't it work since I'll not have a cold water tank? Thanks for your help.

My parents recently had a new boiler installed and re-fitted bathroom. With instant hot water they wished they had fitted a shower coming off the hot water instead of the electric shower as the running cost would be less. Worth considering?0
