Is now the right time to sell or rent?

My dilemma is this - I want to move out of east london but people keep saying to me, don't sell because of the olympics coming in 4 years time. Therefore, rent it out and sell closer to that time to make more money. However, will the house prices do down even more or will the olympics boost this area and keep it reasonably high? Will I regret if I seel now? Will house prices go down even more in the next 4 years?

Sell just before the Olympics - afterwards everyone will realise it's still East London. If you want to move how about letting yours out and renting somewhere better.0
