Emailing a large document

I've been trying to email a biggish word doc all morning, i have tried my hotmail, my gmail and uni account. I even zipped it to see if that would help. I keep getting a message when i try to attach it saying the doc contains no data. It does! I can see it!

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Have you got Antivirus Scanning an outgoing message, that can cause
the server that recieves the message to throw up that sometimes.

As I cant see any information coming in.

    Hi Pug,

How big's the document (and don't say A4!)?

Remember that Hotmail only allows 10Mb in each e-mail, so if it's your dissertation that you're trying to send it may well be too big. This is especially likely if you have photos and graphics included in the file.
  • Have you tried you send it?
