Cards and loans - how to get mymonthly payments down..

hi,
i currently have 2 loans, and 2 cards with substantial total debts. it seems crazy that ihave all of these in different places and could surely consolidate somewhere, yet my credtit rating is bad, and so i cannot do anything. does anyone know of a company that can logically look at this and say, 'well hespaying them off ok every month, we'll take the debt on', and thus recue my payments?

The problem with consolidating debts is that it is not a cure for the problem itself, it only makes the symptoms easier to deal with. If you want to be debt free you need to sort out why you have spent more than you've earned. There are many people who can help with this over on "debt free wannabe"
