When a company states that "calls may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes", can this be taken as the company giving permission for the caller to record the call for monitoring and training purposes?

try this for a start https://www.seg.co.uk/telecomm/record.htmPeel back your baby's eyelid to find no nationality or religious identity mark there. Peer at your baby's eyes for them to reflect back just people-throw away your flags and religious symbols...0

Am I the only person who can't understand why people want to record converstions with major companies secretly?
I presume you are recording the converstions as you are worried about bad service, and want a record should something go wrong.
But if by warning the companies concerned, the operator is encouraged to make sure that he/she doesn't give you a bad serivce and sorts out your problem more promptly, isn't that better all round?0
