Alliance And Leicester Froze My Account

CAN ANYONE PLEAE HELP ME?
i have had an account with alliance and leicester for just under a year, they have just stopped my ''banking facility'' and effectively frozen my account as i've missed a couple of direct debits on a loan (the loan is from northern rock and in my dads name, with his knowledge an permission). I have paid all the fees and have a credit balance! alliance and leicester suspected fraud and reqired my father to confirm this, he did with both northern rock and alliance and leicester, BOTH banks gave different excuses and blamed each other, when i spoke to alliance and leicester AND Northern rock they said this would rectify the problem but today i recieved a letter from alliance and leicester freezing my account (dated 4 days ago), they have not given a reason in the letter.BUT...
I'm going to apply for a personal licence soon (
this means i can sell alcohol in a bar a work in) but if i 'm a fraud suspect his could damage my chances and ultimately my career, can anyone help give me some advice

I doubt fraud is the reason your account was frozen, it's probably more that you've bounced Direct Debits. Best thing to do is to contact A&L and get a reason, then go from there.

This could be fraud but may not be.
You need to go into your A & L local branch and see a manager ASAP.
It maybe that they have placed a CIFAS marker on your credit report.
You may find it useful to get a copy online of your credit report to see if this maybe the case.
You need to ask the A & L branch manager why they have frozen your account and if you still get no where make it clear to them you will take this to the FSA
