Just got this in my mail a few minutes ago. I can't recall what the fees used to be, but I don't 'think they were THAT high.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE(S)
Changes effective from 1 June 2008:
- ATM usage abroad will incur a 2% (minimum £2) fee.
- UK non-LINK ATM usage will incur a 2% (minimum £2) fee.
- Withdrawals/Purchases abroad will incur a 2.95% conversion fee.
Changes have been made to your Current Account Terms and Conditions with effect
from 1 May 2008. To view the revised Terms and Conditions visit our website, simply
go to the ‘Current Accounts’ homepage and select ‘Terms and Conditions’ from the
right hand menu.
