I ordered the same thing but the order status has been "Held - Awaiting Order Approval" ever since. I fired 4 or 5 emails to them and no replies. Their CS is really appalling. I think they are just waiting for me to cancel the order!!!!!!!!

I want a 19" LCD monitor with height adjustments. Any ideas?

OK, i've replied stating i don't accept cancellation because they are "Unable to Price Match" (their own reason), due to :
1. the item was advertised as a cut price deal
2. £166.69 isn't unreasonable for a discontinued model at sale price these days
3. They've supplied other people at that price.
4. It was on their "best sellers" list on the right hand side

Anybody else had a cancellation email?
Anybody else received a monitor?

If somebody wants to PM or email me with their proof of purchase reference, or better still, a scan of an invoice (with personal details removed if you wish) it might be very useful.

No.... no cancellation email here either..... and no reply to my email.... I even fax to their supposed manager and no reply.... see http://www.stormloader.com/users/abrax7/watford.htm. They have a really bad reputation (not that I knew when I bought)!


I think this is the last time I'm dealing with them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just received an email off Watford Electronics about the monitor misprice and they cannot honour it at that price. Even though a few people got it.

Yep they email me saying that the supply price went up and they will cancel the sale. I wrote back to them and told them their T&C only give them the right to cancel if there is a typo..... I'll see what they say (doubt if anything).....
