London Midland season tickets rebate

Hi
Has anyone had much luck trying to get a rebate from London Midland when your season ticket is up for renewal?
Since London Midlands took over from Central Trains in November (Coventry to New Street line) for every journey delayed by 30 minutes I've had to submit a "delay repay" form. For journeys that are l30 minutes late or have just been cancelled and I've been stranded at the station, I get on average £1 back each time (always in rail vouchers). So since London Midland started I've had back a grand total of £14 (that includes a huge £3 for the whole new year railworks overunning saga). My season ticket is now up for renewal and previously with Central Trains you got between 5% and 10% back depending on if they had reached their required levels of punctuality or not. This was great as come the end of May I usually got a cheque for £50 back. Now I've been told by my friendly station master that London Midland are only giving back around 1% in rebates, so if anyone has had any experience of trying to claw back some of their money I'd like to hear from them.
