Virgin cc: payment not showing on my account

Yesterday I logged in to make a payment from my debit card to my Virgin account. The website clearly states that if payment s made before 5pm, my account will be credited the next working day. Today I check my account - no credit showing. Also my DD, which is due today, is also not showing.
Should I be worried? Do I need to contact them?

So, if you made a payment on Wednesday it will be credited to your account on Thursday. However, you will not see the credit itemised online until Friday.Two Ways to Live
