Advice needed please

Hi i have just got off the phone to my bank and she said that because of the test case they can't go back 6 years only 6 months and they were willing to pay us £30 and to waver £30 due to go out if we droped the case.
The total amount they owe us is £1350.50 thats with out interst,what should i do i told them i would phone them back as i wanted some advice before i did anything.

Internally they may only be willing to refund up to 6 months charges, but you can make a claim for up to 6 years through the FOS or Court if you wish.
