The updating site message has gone back on the mytns site. Don't panic, though. TNS are an established market research company. I've been on their online panel for quite a while and the Nectar points have been transferred over smoothly.

Give them a bit of time to get the site sorted. If you do email them, they tend to respond very quickly though, which is always reassuring :)
They've had months and months to get the rewards section of the site sorted. It is still not working - although it was open at one time.

I have not had all my survey points credited, and I've been with them nearly a year.

The reward sites in other languages for other countries are even further behind than the UK one. They promised their UK site would be completed in March!!

I think that this reflects badly on their priorities. Seems to me that they'll put loads of effort into getting their big corporate clients, but they are not too fussed about the ordinary little folks who keep ticking the boxes.

I have emailed several times, and, to their credit, they have always replied. Not that their replies were very helpful - the "please be patient" sort of thing.

Jo_B, you're right about them being an established research company, but maybe that merely makes them complacent when it comes to their panel members.

  • It's now flights to Reykjavik with Icelandair that they're offering, but still with 200 points.

  • Thank you for that info. I have just visited the site and it is now two tickets to Iceland in the competition, but who cares, two free tickets is two free tickets!!

Also, www.mytns.com are now rewarding people who do surveys for them with Nectar points. I was sent an email about this yesterday, and did my first survey this morning. I didnt fit the profile for the survey (after answering a few questions) but still earned 35 points for doing what took me about 5 seconds.

Thanks Tiff - any help welcomed. have decided to try to save up £600 by next December, using points on loyalty cards and survey sites, then use it to pay for xmas 2006. So far have Tesco points (2152), Nectar points (950). brainjuicer balance (around £5), pigsback balance (around £4.50) and ciao (70p). Long way still to go - anyone know of any other reliable survey sites?

No, but if you check my profile you will find the link to my forum where we discuss all the loyalty schemes. You might pick up some tips to boost your points balance.

You might want to get a Boots Advantage card too :)

Got one of them too - about 300 points on it at present I think. Forgot to include it in my little list.

I registered for this a little while ago and when I tried to login I was asked to login I was asked for a username and password when I hadn't ever been asked to set one I confused as to what I'm supposed to login with.

I think your username is your email address - the one you registered at TNS with, of course.
