my 50 points were under the bonus section and took 2 weeks or so to come through

The updating site message has gone back on the mytns site. Don't panic, though. TNS are an established market research company. I've been on their online panel for quite a while and the Nectar points have been transferred over smoothly.

Give them a bit of time to get the site sorted. If you do email them, they tend to respond very quickly though, which is always reassuring
