Hi All
I first put a claim in for my bank charges in february 2007 but had a letter back from LLoyds saying sorry your unhappy about charges but tuff(basically) . I then didnt write back to them and follow it through, but now I have a little more time on my hands and obviously with the court case going through I now want to start it up again. Can anyone help in the wording of the letter to backdate my claim to the start of the original claim. Is it worth doing?
Thanks
