Think of what you would do if you were looking to buy a house, you would go into every estate agent to see what was around.

If you do it yourself via the net you will miss this coverage, i know you can get on right move etc but until selling your own house takes off estates agents are here to stay:mad:

I suspect some people actually like dealing with an agent, dont know why....

The days are numbered for some, as a few have gone already. Selling your own place is possibly easy when times are good as places are being snapped up (remember those days) not now though. A good affordable alternative is needed though.
I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
  • Have you thought of http://www.housenetwork.co.uk.

We have just put ours up for sale and were thinking with going with them, but because we were hoping for a quick sale (:rotfl: :rotfl: ), we decided not to.

They are a lot cheaper than estate agents.

I know what I am talking about.........it's just that nobody else does!
