I would contact them and tell them that you remember entering a competition where a phone was part of the prize and if that was the competition you have won.
I'm sure they wont mind. Just remember to remain polite.

o.k i received my £500 giftcard which is now spent but NO phone so i've emailed them and they are ignoring me!so what do i do?keep emailing them?i've been really polite in my emails but i definitely think they are trying to diddle me out of half my prize!
