how long does student overdraft last?

morning good folks.
i have the max overdraft on halifax student account. ive not used it all but wondered how long it will last before it becomes interest bearing?
anybody got any experience? my loan and ctc are paid into this account as well as my nhs bursary which will soon stop when i graduate(god willing) in july

I've had my Natwest one for 4 years now, as I think they may have forgotten it! They were supposed to reduce it by £500 each year, but it seemed to stop at £1500. Perhaps it's because I cleared my overdraft within 5 months of graduating, and haven't used it since, so they just forgot??Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
