Single trip travel insurance for my 86 year old Grandma?

Hi there! Could anyone offer advice or recommend any insurance companies that will cover my 86 year old Grandma for a 16 day Caribbean cruise please?
Fortunately, other than hypertension (high blood pressure), she has no pre-existing medical conditions and is in pretty shape for her age.
I want to make sure she gets a good value, comprehensive cover. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

My OH's grandmother is 80 and gets her travel insurance from Fortis through a local broker (she is old school that way). She had European cover for a fortnight and, while I don't remember it being astonishingly cheap, it was cheaper than the insurance travel agents try to sell with holidays. Most importantly, I sorted out a claim for her last year and they paid up no bother at all, so it was definitely worth buying.
Their website tells you your nearest broker

Hope she has a great holiday!0 -
