Bank Flipping Charges

:j Hi Everybody
I`m totally new to this so be patient if you will.
Ok bank charges, I`m with the yorkashire bank & like everyone else have had charges applied, alot of them & yes I agree it`s a fifty fifty thing mine & the banks fault, mine because I should watch what i`m spending, the banks because if I want to draw a million pounds out of my account that wasnt in there in the 1st place they wouldnt let me, but if i`m able to go overdrawn on an amount they take out of my account say: £1 for around 3 to 4 days then put back into my account as a un-authorised overdraft & then charge me £27.50 for that & then £8 a day until I bring the account upto date but the letter takes around 2 weeks to get here: being still charged £8 per day for a transaction that was clearly monitered by them & should not have let me go overdrawn in the 1st place because this was there money not mine" hence the 1 million pound they would definatly not have let me have" but dont you think they do this on purpose so they can charge you for this type of thing?
The other point is: Ok I do agree there should be a small charge but an honest one: how do you justify the amount they charge: ie- £25 plus & they daily charge until account in credit?

Also: over the years the charge/penalty went up by quite a large amount & so did the daily charge from £4.50 to £8 per day were did that amount come from then?
So are they unfair: damm right, are they charges & penalties: damm right, & if they are to cover as the banks say: fainess fees or whatever they wish to call them, why dont all banck charge around the same within a few pence, instead of being Pounds apart in what they charge????

I only look at this logically, theres such a discrepency on what they consider a actual charge for going overdrawn etc & as for the JUDGE saying the literiture was in plain English " YEH RIGHT" this was wriiten by lawers & solicitors to protect banks so that means you would need a lawer/solicitor to understand it !!! its abit like going to court:
The Judge says something - Then the solitor says something- Then the prosecutor says something >>> all in legal jargon but I did hear 25yrs out of the conversation??? then your solicitor looks at you simply because your jaw hit the floor with the 25yrs thing you heard>> then he says to you sorry for going overdrawn for £1 you got 25yrs hard labour!!!!

You see what I mean it`s all legal jargon but could be so simple if they tell you: you are not alowed to go overdrawn, if you do you will be Charged: £27.50 for that charge & £8 per day!!! but there was no daily charge amount
ever mentioned if even if there was were does such a high daily amount come into a fainess charge??? it`s far higher than loan shark rates when you work it out, so should we bank with loan sharks in instead?
Hope some points were ok in this sorry if I bored you & didnt make sense, but really why should I banks dont!!!!!
C Ya:confused:
