Where is the hassling of the staff evident? They waited 35 minutes, were then told it would be 5 minutes. After a further 15 minutes had passed, no food, so they enquired again. Perfectly reasonable behaviour on the part of the customer.
Exactly, I would have asked after 35 mins too, especially if I was the last to be served. When you're really hungry even 10 mins seems like a lifetime when you're waiting to be served."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."
