It's obviously a scam for the following reasons:
They only accept payment by western union, wire transfer etc etc
They are not listed at companies houseContact number is a mobile
Trading address is an insurance company
Prices are too good to be true
I am sure most MSE readers would be too savvy to fall for it but you never know.

Even if it wasn't a scam I'd still be an extremely bad idea to use any services of a spammer. The only reason spammers exist is to make money, if they didn't then there'd be no spam.
....errr what he said.Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before0 -

I was simply pointing out that it can still be spam whether or not it's a scam and whether or not it's picked up by a filter. It was an addendum post for others to read not specifically directed as a response to your post. Maybe if you'd wanted to clarify what I said you could have simply asked instead of having a go and turning it personal.
If we remember the forum etiquette we can all put our views across without turning this into some kind of fight. Maybe I could have worded it better but there's no need to take an assumed position of it being antagonistic.
If you begin a reply with the words "Actually the only point you need that obviously makes it a scam is that it's spam" When somebody is just trying to help others it is, by it's very nature, antagonistic.
I wasn't trying to start a discussion about the nature of what is and what isn't spam. I was pointing out that this email is in circulation and to be wary. I appreciate that you admit you could have worded your reply better, apology accepted. My friend drowned in a bowl of muesli.

I've had a few similar ones from TaiYingPing (or something like that), offering me something or other. It's spam, so I replied from my spam magnet account (yes, I have one to train my spam filters) saying I'd forwarded their message to the fraud squad at Scotland Yard - haven't heard anything from them for a while.
They also had a Hotmail/Gmail email address.0 -
Just got this from Companies House:
Thank you for your email. It appears that this company is in breach of section 34 of the Companies Act 1985, in which it is claiming to be a limited company when its not registered with Companies House. Your email has been passed to the Appeals & Breaches section for consideration."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
