British Gas!!!
:eek: My daughter has been trying for months without success to retreive bank charges from British Gas, as they drained her account taking more than was owed. The bank have sent proof to BG and she has recieved a letter saying they have recieved it. She rang BG yesterday, to be told, they didn't know the name of the person who had sent her the letter and she would have to start her claim again. Can anyone help ? I know that everyone has had problems with BG me included.
