Am just typing a short thankyou as am aching from top to toe..it seems to be in my joints, have a temp... and hurts like hell..but i feel a lot better, so hopefully a quick virus! As need to be on my feet and get cooking before rations run out (teenagers eh!)

How you doing Bob? Sorry your feeling poorly still and turnip lobbing finger be hurting. Hope the teenagers helped and you got a snooze this pm...Very proud of you for doing the Weezl challenge and sure that she is chuffed that you are having a bash! I am happy to support both where I can but just know I couldnt do it so cutting down for me is as good...so moral support and encouragement from me plus if youre ever in the locality a free meal would be my pleasure!
