Hi Hypno..the challenge is brill and if anyone can do it you can...you'll be surprised and as you have at least 4 adults in the house, thats slightly more money..why not cost out meals and i bet you are coming in at around that as well!:T :T

Well tis a new week and a new set of challenges for me...

So good start to the morning, as have sold a cd on Amazon, one of the carboot ones and made £1.27 profit..no bad for the beginning, have more or less stuck to the challenge as we contributed to the party on sat, so were a few quid out..but hey well in on the grocery side..fresh menus this week!
sandwiches all made up for Mr.B
13p whoopsie bread, and meat whoopsie..60p, made enough for 12 days..woohoo all in freezer ready for him to take out..all for 73p now that's a bargain.Works out at 6p per day..i rounded it!
Another batch of scones made...well they will last about 2 mins i reckon...24 scones work out at 2p each again worth making and with my lot believe me they like their grub..

Tea tonight is fish cakes, al la Jamie style..but with a tin of salmon, so total for them will be about £1 to make, and wedges and pud..tea will come to £1.20
Dinner is a soup..made in slow cooker..so if anything is worth their weight in gold it is a slow cooker..and another loaf is on!

As have had no luck in finding Part time job yet!!! Have decided to claim carers allowance, and been accepted. I know i am entitled but hate claiming it as it seems like i have to give in..IYKWIM..still i can earn £90 a week on top, so maybe i can find something in that range of work!Don't get me wrong as i have to do a lot of running around and caring with DD2 but i build it into my routine and we are a good team in that respect, but i hate being in a position where you have to quantify it..makes it worse somehow...pah!!

Am also thinking of setting up a business with my friend..yep folks that's the cunning plan..but in early stages yet..so watch this space!

Now where did i put those cards for the phone boxes?? Not that kind of business! Honestly some folks minds...................
