    I'm 4 hours into trying this out .
    Got a reduced rump steak from sainsburys ..Made some marinade ..based on a terriyaki sauce ,with lots of black pepper .....
    The house smells great ..I've left the oven door open a bit ...should be ready for Ten tonight ..I shall eat it to celebrate the Rugby win :)

    Gonna try this. I have just lately started liking it.

    There are some goode recipe's here and instructions here: http://microwebtech.com/ I especially like the idea of hanging it on cocktail sticks.

    YEHHHH.

    Made it ..and it tastes really nice ...Just not very much ,I should have bought about 3 of the reduced steaks ...
    Should be just enoughto last through the Rugby ..

    I well impressed with this though ..

    Wow! Might have a go at making some. My partner loves it. If you are a fan of beef jerky & you are ever up in Bamburgh on the Northumbria coast, there is a fab deli on the high street and they sell lots of different flavours of beef jerky. Go & treat yourself, then go for a long walk on what must be one of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the country.
