LHA/DSS Prejudice?
Comments

I was always under the impression that you could legally claim HB and you couldn't be kicked out?
No such thing as HB it's LHA now and I wont be claiming it. I will have nealry a years rent money in the bank once i pay off my debts, but because I will be claiming JSA it's a benefit and I come under the 'no DSS' rules0 -
The upper savings limit on LHA is £16000 so surely you will be able to get some LHA?0
