Natwest bank charges - question

What seems many months ago, I went through MCOL to get my charges back off Natwest. They craftily offered me a £950 goodwill gesture 2 days after my deadline to start court proceedings, and now of course my case has been stayed pending the outcome of recent events, and I truly believe it'll be years before we get them back.
My question is: As they did originally offer me the £950, is there any point writing to them to say I would now accept this, and forgo interest charges and refund of court fees? Would I need to contact my local County Court, and would I need to do a new claim against Natwest?
Any advice much appreciated

I take it the offer didn't have a deadline specified. You could write and tell them you accept, but I think you'll probably find it's been withdrawn. They have the protection of the waiver, so you have nothing to bargain with at the moment.0 -
I'm sure you're probably right there.
I went into Natwest today, and asked them the same question - the Adviser thought I'd probably need to make a new claim. If I do that, I presume I cancel the MCOL claim?
I'm going to try writing to them, enclosing a copy of their offer letter, and see if that does any good (not holding my breath on that one
