  • Hiya Jamie :)

OK, firstly don't beat yourself up about not bein as OS as you want to be. When life gets hectic and you get down, either through illness or because of personal circumstances, it's easy to fall back on ready mades. However, you are making a start about getting 'back on track', so just take it slowly and one day at a time - you can do it because you've been there before :D

Now, here's the kick up the !!!!!! you wanted....

GET THE VINEGAR OUT GIRL, CRANK UP THAT SLOW COOKER AND JOIN THE REST OF US BACK IN OS!!

    Good to have you back

jamiedodger - I've done Queenie's onion bits and rosemary bread and it's brilliant for cheese on toast!

You don't always have to give youself a kick up the proverbial - sometimes it's just good to indulge yourself (in moderation of course!)

By the way - has anyone heard what's happened to Queenie??

The last thing you need is a kick - just be good to yourself and let yourself get back to normal in time.

Yeah, don't beat yourself up... you're already back on track by posting in again and, has been said, one step at a time... :)

  • Good to see you back Jamie :D

Hey, and you know what they say - it's like riding a bike, you never forget how, so just jump back on and away you go ;)

I was away for a while too and to be honest I don't know how I managed without this place! ... but it's so good to be back again
