As a short term fix, why not give her the money you were going to use for the loan repayment in order to help her pay her mortgage, make a note of how much your paying her, then when you get a loan you can pay her off in full. Applying for all these loans has damaged your credit rating further and you are going to find it difficult to get new credit. Failing that, is there anything you can sell to raise the money, your car for instance? Another thought would be to rent out a room to help bolster the money you are giving her in the interim.
Like another poster has said, hop over to the debt free wannbe board to get help triming your budget, the more you can give her the better.
