Teak oil supplier

Given the amount of teak oil we use in our family on garden furniture I thought I would buy in bulk rather than the 500ml bottles at £3.95 from Screwfix.

Best I have found is 5 litres for £14-99 but this has a £5.95 postage charge making it £20.94 delivered. (postage is waived on orders over £50). This is from

Anyone know of anything cheaper????

Ta very much.

Lakeland currently have 500ml bottles of Minky brand teak oil in their sale, reduced to £2.95 if it's of any interest to you, which is £1 cheaper than what you are currently paying from Screwfix. Not sure how much they charge for delivery though.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

I'm sure I paid a lot less than that in Wickes, but I can't remember how much.
  • Try going into a "trade only" decorating shop. Just say it's a cash sale and theyre normally ok. I bought 5litres of linseed oil a while back from one for about a tenner. By comparison, B&Q are around £4 for a litre!

Thanks but that is still just under twice as much as decorating direct @ £14.00 for 5 litres

Hadnt thought of Wickes....... I'll pop in there tomorrow.
