I ordered money online, had email confirming this immediately. I then did the bank transfer, had an email confirming this within a day or so. I didn't have to scan in any documents - is this if you order a certain amount of money? I ordered 350€ but need a few thousand dollars next month. Or maybe it is if you are using a credit card...
Anyway, the money arrived within a couple of days.

Had a really good experience recently when ordering dollars - despite missing a letter from my email address and not receiving confirmation of order - I phoned to find out what to do and they were very helpful. Money was delivered when requested at the promised very competitive rate advertised.

Would be happy to use this company again.

Used these guys for the first time today to send a bank transfer to the USA.

On Sunday I filled out the transfer details on their website. Receive a phonecall this morning instructing me to email them a registration form + copies of my ID. Few hours later they confirm they've received this and ask me to send over a bank transfer for the dollar transfer. Did this around 2pm today and at 3.30pm another phone call to say the bank transfer is on its way.

So far so good, and their rate was fantastic. Saved hundreds over using one of the high street banks. Was quite a substantial sum so lets hope it gets there quickly and smoothly. Will update once all is done.

UPDATE

Well less than 36 hours after I made the bank transfer to these guys, the funds arrive at my desired American bank.

A++, will be using them again.

I echo the sentiment.

I ordered at around 10.30am, and knowing that even Faster transfer service can take over 2 hours, then their promise is before 12 = same day.

At 7pm that night I got a call to give me the Special Delivery number, and the currency arrived at 12.30pm, as per Royal Mail promise of before 1pm.

No €200 notes either, just a nice mix of all denominations.

Excellent service, recommend.

We go there in person on Sun Exchange rate was 1.48 although 1.5 was advertised refused to budge, fluctuations apparently
