The prize draw is open to everyone who has laser eye surgery with Optical Express. The winner will be drawn at random on the last day of each month. Treatment will be carried out subject to patient suitability as determined at their free laser eye surgery consultation. If treatment has already been carried out and paid for by the patient before the competition is drawn, the winner will be refunded the full amount of their laser eye surgery by cheque. No cash alternative. One entry per person per month. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winner's name and photos for editorial and publicity purposes.
