Have a look on Opodo, if Ive put everything in correctly then she will fly via Chicago (there for about 2 hours) and then into Dublin for about £350

Sorry just had to edit £350 plus taxes making it £420?0 -
Chicago is the second busiest international airport in the world! Add that to the potential delays during their depths of winter and I certainly wouldn't plan such a short connection time to get home for Christmas!Joannekerry wrote:fly via Chicago (there for about 2 hours) and then into Dublin0 -
I agree that Chicago & Christmas time ain't the best time but to get the best prices they are going to have to go from there
Anyhow AA to Dublin via Chicago with 3 hours in Chicago is £360 return including taxes via Expedia, though for £25 more per person you could get an earlier US Airways flight to give you more time at Chicago
Alternatively Continental to Dublin via Newark with 4 hours in Newark is £420 return
In both cases I'd look at the airline websites to see if they can better those prices0
