Help with First Direct

I am very new to this and would appreciate help please. I have a bank account with an overdraft, personal loan and credit card with First Direct. When things became difficult financially, they offered to lump all 3 together so that I have only one repayment per month. Now I am being suffucated by the interest that they are charging. I pay £300.00 a month and £110 of that goes as interest charges. The personal loan account and the credit card accounts have been closed.

- Can I still reclaim bank charges and credit card charges from these accounts?
- Is there any way I could get the interest rate reduced?
- Does anyone know the address to use for First Direct or can the letter be sent to HSBC who own First Direct?
