Oh and I think that the last of the 2K went on my nursery fees, would this be frowned upon? i fell behind with nursery over xmas / new year, two boys, b/days 25th Dec and 20th Jan so I think about 1K went on things for house that were really really badly needed and the rest got me up to date with nursery... they could say I was favouring a creditor, but without nursery I wont be able to work e.t.cBankruptcy Supporters Club No.1790 -

Unfortunatley Im not an OR (or should that be fortunatley!!!) ORs are hit and miss with decisions, my advice would be to be honest and upfront with them, if you can justify your spending you can only wait and see what they say."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

yeah looking at the IS site it seems the punishment fits the crime if you know what i mean. I doubt you would be looking at 5years for 2k of debt when you "knew" or "should have known" you were insolvent, compared to some who have 20k new debt or sell there houses and squander the equity rather than pay creditors."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal.
