Help with dla appeal please

my girlfriend suffers with M.E
in 2006 she put in for DLA and got it no problem
she got mobility
just before xmas 2007 she got worse and lost her job which she went onto part time hours for the last 3 years
so she sent in that she got worse to ask for care componant and they refused it,so she appealed and that is still going through, however her review date came up whilst this is still in progress and they have taken the lot away
question is do you think that putting in the appeal has effected the review,if that makes sense?
she is going to appeal again now but to try and get it again
i mean i dont really understand but where she put some things like walking she put 30 metres,,someone from the dla rand and asked some questions,1 was the walking, she said again 30 metres, but the form says you cant get mobilty because you can walk 200metres,,that with a load of other wrong stuff
sorry if it dont make sense,im not the best at typing things out
craig
Dony worry,be happy...

Hi,I doubt that putting in an appeal has affected the renewal, has she asked for a statement of reasons as to why shes been turned down?personally i think this is getting a bit complicated and she needs help, try your local welfare rights office(via local council)or C.A.B
if they cant help contact community legal services(google that)they will find you someone who will give advice
    good luck

it has got a bit complicated now i think,,i dont know, how the system works is beyond me,she gets is no problem since 2006,,she refills the review form in to a level where its now gone worse,in other words she has put down shes is now worse than last time but doesnt get anythin

the dla work in mysterious ways, what a statement of reasons does is get you another 2 weeks in which to lodge your appeal, making it 6 weeks in total,as i said in my previous post she definately needs help with this, more than she would get on any website, contact cab or welfare rights, they will help with appeal process, and whatever she does make sure she goes for an oral hearing(where she attends)as opposed to a written one.
