You have two options here:
1. Get Sky Multiroom. This will let you see the same channels, independently, on two TV's (each with their own Sky box, which you already have). This costs an extra £10 a month.
2. Get Freesat from Sky. This is a £20 "one off fee" card which slots into your Sky box upstairs, giving you most "free to air" channels that you would get on Freeview, with some differences.
It depends on what you want to watch, and your budget. Remember that £10 a month adds up quickly to £120 a year, for the same channels that you're already watching downstairs (and might not get the same use from upstairs). A one off fee £20 card gives you fewer channels, but most stuff on Sky is a bit rubbish IMO.
Good luck.0 -

If you only get 1,2, & 3 on a Sky Box without a card, there is something wrong.
You should get all " free " channels with the exception of Ch4, 5's and Sky 3, they all need a card to function.0
