EDIT: Do you think it would work on the liplicious gloss making it free? :p *scorpiokitten we need you lol*

How did you come about this one, in case they ask at the till? TIA. Great find.

PS: I won't be able to try today, but wonder if it will count towards the £20 qualifying total to get the GWP??

Sorry it came through email. I have just edited my post.

Reminds me of the old joke

"....here is how it works" the pharmacist says "we got your three packs for when you are in high school. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. A three pack, see. Then we got a 7 pack when you are in college - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then we got a 12 pack for when you are married. "January, February, …." :rotfl:

    Hi gals,

need some quick advice. My hair root is showing all grey and I don't have the time to go to the hairdressers to colour it. Are there any styling products with a bit of colour to disguise it (slightly) temporarily?

    Thanks in advance.

My mum keeps some just for men mousse in case of emergency roots!:rotfl:

Sorry, I had missed this when i first read the thread. What do you mean by men's mousse?

Sorry I missed this before, you can get quite a few different root touch up products these days, my mum has used this one

I just had a quick nose on .com and could see Trevor Sorbie also does something similar

I got the Schwarzkopf Coloriste Root Retoucher
Looks like I am using a felt pen to colour the root!! :p But it disguises the horrible greys (I'm in my 30s ). Thanks for the tip!!

Sorry to quote myself, but has anyone seen Gant, CK, etc sunglasses in their Boots stores? In mine all I can see are ted baker, karen millen, etc.

Sunglasses: today saw a pair of gorgeous Gant sunglasses for 99, but they were at the prescription corner and the SA told me they were for prescritpions only, since the lenses are not uv protected. I complained there were none of those Gant, CK, etc sunglasses in the sunglasses section, but he told me again it was prescritpion only and I could use the 50% voucher. I would have liked to have them for £50!! Has anyone seen these nice(r) brands out of the optitians and in the regular sunglass zone?

I have only just caught up with posts so my reply is a bit late:D I don't participate much in the chat (mainly because I am not a night time person and am in bed when most of it takes place:D) but I still read it and enjoy reading it.
I feel that if the chat stopped the whole atmosphere would change and I don't think I would come on here. As passion8 said it is good to chat about the glitches rather than just read about them. If i just read about the glitches i would be confused about what to get. I like (well need:D ) to read what people have bought and to be able to ask questions. Plus everything you need to know is on page 1:D

Says 'excluding price reduced lines' so I doubt we'd get away with it - may be a SA dependant thing tho, worth a try :-)

  • Wonder if the 250 points coupon from gwp would work with it so you could get nail varnish @ £6.25, pay £1.25 and get 250 points back?
